A fatal vehicle crash occurred yesterday on the 100 block of W. Ostend St. in South Baltimore. The victim was a 63-year-old female Baltimore City resident.
The victim’s vehicle was headed westbound on Ostend St. Baltimore Police believe the victim suffered a heart attack before bumping into several cars and then getting hit head-on by a truck.
The victim was transported to Shock Trauma and pronounced dead.

Police identified the 63-year-old woman who was killed in a car crash in Sharp-Leadenhall Tuesday as Helen Davis of Harlem Park.
Davis, of the 500 block of N. Fremont Ave., was a nearly 30-year veteran of The Baltimore Sun, newspaper spokeswoman Renee Mutchnik said.
